EntropyDraw is a transparent, auditable online draw system. Each result is bound with SHA-256 so anyone can reproduce the number from the published inputs. That is integrity: the published mapping cannot be swapped after the fact without the hashes breaking.
Every draw locks the rules first and waits for a future public drand beacon from the League of Entropy. The number does not exist until that round is published. The public entropy.jpg file is a stable audit anchor, not a future surprise.
Rejection sampling keeps every integer in the range equally likely.
