EntropyDraw does not require accounts or profiles. Draw descriptions and optional name lists that you submit are stored so the result can be audited publicly. Treat names and descriptions as public data.
We use a user_lang cookie to remember your language preference (expires in about 30 days). Third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and edge analytics (for example Cloudflare) may set their own cookies or similar technologies when those services load.
Completed draws are recorded for audit and public verification. Records may include date/time, range or participant list, image hash, draw hash, beacon round, result, winner name (for list draws), and description. Permanent draw pages under /d/{id} and status JSON expose this data by design. Draw JSON files on the server are retained for about 90 days, then deleted automatically; after that the proof URL may no longer resolve.
QR codes are generated locally and only for EntropyDraw URLs. Auditable draws fetch a public randomness beacon from the League of Entropy (drand HTTP APIs); that request sends a round number, not personal profile data. Google AdSense may process advertising-related data under Google's policies.
For questions about this policy, contact us at admin@entropydraw.online.
A paid setup can ask to keep one proof longer than 90 days. That extension does not change the beacon, the hash, or who can verify. The participant list is not sold.
