Shuffle list

Shuffling assigns a random order to a list. Opaque “shuffle” buttons cannot be audited. With EntropyDraw you can assign each item a draw or use repeated draws carefully documented.

Simple method

For small lists, draw a distinct order by selecting indices without replacement: each time reduce the remaining set and record the verification URL for every pick. For large lists, use a published algorithm with published seeds.

Why bother

When order determines priority (support queues, speaking slots, prize tiers), participants deserve a trail they can recompute.
